1). C.O.D (Cash on Delivery) Order can be made in this conditions :
- The Customer is Malang based customer, which the address we should deliver the order is still inside the city of Malang-East Java Indonesia (Kota Malang)
2). Pre-Paid order
Order can be made in this condition :
- The address we should deliver the order is in within the Republic of Indonesia Area which is covered by expedition/shipment companies such as Tiki, TikiJNE, Cobra, CARAKA, G.E.D, FedEx, DHL etc.
- The address we should deliver the order is anywhere in the universe which is covered by shipment companies such as Tiki, TikiJNE, FedEx, DHL, UPS etc. with the condition that OCELOT TOYS is only responsible for the order until it reaches the custom officers in the airport, seizure or any thing happen beyond is not on our responsibility
- ONLY when the payment of order has been made, and confirmed transfered to our account, we will pack the order and deliver them in the same day, unless the transfer confirmed to us after 14.00hrs, then we will send them one working day after
NOTE :
- ALL of our AEGs/Spring/gbb Airsoft is BRAND NEW goods from their manufacturers UNLESS it's STATED 2nd hand or display items
- There are No guarantee we can give you for the airsoft toys
- Instead of guarantee, we can give your order a test to make sure that the toys you are ordered is working, THIS TEST is preformed by request
- If you request test for your order, we will OPEN the SEAL of the item, test it once or twice, if it's work then we deliver it to you, otherwise we will replace it with the same item UNLESS there s no such item left on our stock, then we will inform you
